As our team redefined the look and feel for all internal and external communication pieces for the Starwood Vacation Network Owner referral program, my involvement consisted on presenting a digital strategy for on-line placement on newsletters, email campaigns, banners, and SVN to drive traffic to a centralized source of information about the program where we can better track engagement. The Share the Fun concept evolves a traditional transaction process into an engaging ever growing vacation experience interaction; sharing trusted referrals while expanding the Starwood Vacation Network community.
