Within a two-year digital strategy, our team worked closely with all levels of the Seaworld Parks & Entertainment staff to unify the on-line experience of this family of theme parks. With a wide variety of brand identities that include SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Aquatica, and Sesame Street, our team developed in-depth discovery documents to access the distribution of content through out various points of engagement. From brand websites, to blogs, to social media channels, I contributed on extensive user experience ideation, created information architectures and wireframes, built iconography language, managed design production with junior members and freelancers, prepared files for development, and maintained extensions of the brands; from conservation efforts to booking processes.
